The form of Gold Coast captain Scott Prince has been ignored after he has been named in the Titans side for Friday's clash against the out of form Bulldogs at Skilled Stadium.
In a massive boost for the Titans co-captain Luke Bailey makes his return from injury and his comeback comes at the right time with back-rower Anthony Laffranchi being named in the NSW team for the opening State of Origin clash next week.
The Titans have not been beaten at home this week and will be confident of extending that with Prince in the line up and facing a Bulldogs side that made an average Penrith outfit look like world beaters and likely to be without Luke Patten and Ben Roberts - two of the three Bulldogs best performers this season.
Prince's omission from representative squads continues to remain one of the great injustices in the modern game. Prince has been excellent for the Titans over the last two years and the fact he isn't viewed in the top 17 players in Queensland is a disgrace.

X-rays confirmed what the Jetstar Titans medical team already suspected and the work horse front rowers outstanding season is over. (Fracture of the 4th metacarpal on right hand).
