Source: www.raiders.com.auThe Canberra Raiders have named the same side for Sunday's match against the Eels at Canberra Stadium, with Coach David Furner sticking with the same team that narrowly lost to Manly last weekend.
Shaun Berrigan will continue to be used from the interchange bench as a utility player, with Travis Waddell starting the match at hooker.
Rookie Jack Wighton retains his place in the team at right centre and will continue to build his combination with in-form winger Blake Ferguson.
Bronson Harrison has been named 18th man.
Raiders Coach David Furner said he was happy with the team's performance against Manly and the team named reflected that.
"I like the attitude last week and we had an opportunity to win the game," Furner said. "We've still got some work to do but it's now virtually the third week with the same side and I'm happy about that, but we need the two points."
Furner said he liked what his dummy halves produced last weekend and it reflected in the team named today.
"I thought Travis Waddell showed some improvement last weekend and he's a very good defensive hooker and I thought Shaun Berrigan was very effective from the bench and coming from the bench fresh he can offer us something extra."

Source: www.raiders.com.auThe Canberra Raiders have named their strongest possible team to take on the Melbourne Storm this week at Canberra Stadium, with all of their stars fully fit and ready for action.
Newly appointed skipper Terry Campese returns after missing the last trial with a groin strain, while Tom Learoyd-Lahrs returns from a foot injury which saw him miss the second trial as well.
Raiders Coach David Furner said it's great news to have a fully fit squad at his disposal and said the game this weekend would be a massive test for the team.
"Having Campo and Tommy back on deck is a big boost for the game and we decided to rest them in the last trial as a precaution so they're fit for this round one match," Furner said. "There's no doubt Melbourne are one of the best teams in the competition and with Cameron Smith, Billy Slater and Cooper Cronk all playing it will be a good indication to see where we're at."
The Raiders have versatility at their disposal this weekend with Travis Waddell and Glen Buttriss both named in the team, while Joel Thompson takes up a new role from the bench as a player who can play both backrow and centre.
New recruit Shaun Berrigan will line up for the Green Machine at right centre.
