Melbourne Storm has today submitted early guilty pleas for the following charges handed down by the match review committee from last Friday night's game between Melbourne Storm and Manly Sea Eagles.

Adam Blair, Grade 2 Striking, early guilty plea 202 points (2 weeks)

Sisa Waqa, Grade 2 Detrimental Conduct, early guilty plea 168 points (1 week)

Jaiman Lowe, Grade 1 Detrimental Conduct, early guilty plea 93 points (available to play)

Bryan Norrie, Grade 1 Detrimental Conduct, early guilty plea 62 points (available to play due to 7 year incident free discount)

Sika Manu, Grade 1 Detrimental Contrary Conduct, early guilty plea 152 points (1 week due to 40 carry over points previous non-related offence)

Adam Blair's charge of contrary conduct was referred to the judiciary and this case will be heard on Wednesday night in Sydney.

In relation to the breach notice issued by the NRL with a fine of $50,000, Melbourne Storm has reluctantly accepted this fine.

Melbourne Storm has this afternoon received the match review committee findings from Friday night's game between Melbourne Storm and Manly Sea Eagles at Brookvale Oval.

The following charges have been laid against Melbourne Storm players:

Adam Blair, Grade 2 Striking, early guilty plea 202 points, if found guilty 270 points

Adam Blair, Contrary Conduct, referred to the judiciary (penalty to be determined by judiciary)

Sisa Waqa, Grade 2 Detrimental Conduct, early guilty plea 168 points, if found guilty 225 points

Jaiman Lowe, Grade 1 Detrimental Conduct, early guilty plea 93 points, if found guilty 125 points

Bryan Norrie, Grade 1 Detrimental Conduct, early guilty plea 62 points, if found guilty 93 points (7 year incident free discount)

Sika Manu, Grade 1 Detrimental Contrary Conduct, early guilty plea 152 points, if found guilty 190 points (40 carry over points previous non-related offence)

The club has until midday tomorrow to submit one of the following options on each individual charge.

- Plead guilty to the charge
- Plead guilty to the charge but contest the grading
- Plead not guilty

In addition, the NRL have issued a breach notice to both clubs, with a fine of $50,000 each for the overall conduct of the teams. The club will have five business days to respond to the breach notice.

Melbourne Storm will now continue the review process and will deliberate our position in relation to charges, with no decision expected until late tomorrow morning.
