The Adelaide Rams were a Rugby League team, playing two seasons at the top level (1997-98). The Rams started with a bang, with a defeat of Hunter in their initial home game. Played front of 27,000, the Rams eked out a narrow 10-8 victory, but further success failed to materialise, crowds dwindled, and two seasons competition resulted in just 13 wins from 42 games.
