The short turnaround from last Sunday afternoon's clash was a deciding factor with Fitzgibbon given insufficient time to recover from such a severe sprain. In better news for the club, Ashley Harrison's thumb x-ray has come back all clear with the Roosters lock named to play this Friday night and has also been named captain. Nate Myles has been named in the starting line-up at second row with Sia Soliola taking his place on the bench in an otherwise unchanged line-up from last weekend. In lower grade news, Mitchell Pearce will make his return for the Jets at Henson Park this Saturday afternoon against the Wests Magpies.
