Dragons prop Dan Hunt has been added to the Country Origin team as the replacement for Kade Snowden.
Hunt comes into the front-row for Snowden, who has been called into the Australian Test team as a replacement for the injured David Shillington.
Trent Merrin and Tom Learoyd-Lahrs will remain on the bench for Country.
Roosters utility Mitchell Aubusson has been added to the Country squad to fill the 18th man duties.

Source: www.sydneyroosters.com.auThe Sydney Roosters are preparing for a massive clash this weekend against the red hot Broncos at Bluetongue Stadium in Gosford.
The Tricolours are coming off a loss and are desperate to register another two points.
It's a tough assignment against a Broncos outfit that has won four matches on the trot, but one Mitch Aubusson believes the team are more than capable of pulling off.
"The Broncos are always extremely tough to play against and we don't have such a good record against them but if we are consistent in everything we do we can beat anybody," he said.
"We need to train consistently, stick to our game plan and remove the silly errors that have been preventing us from playing how we would like to."
A terrible record against the Broncos was eradicated last year when the red, white and blues toppled their Queensland rivals on two occasions.
As for his own form the man they call Aubs is content with his game so far this year, but knows he can take that extra step.
"There are parts of my game that I am happy with but there is still plenty of room for improvement in everything I do," he said
"I do feel however I am heading in the right direction and will hopefully start to reach new levels with my performance."
Despite all the focus being on this weekend's match Aubusson couldn't help but get excited when next week's traditional Anzac Day match was brought up.
"My concentration is entirely focused on the Broncos at the moment but in saying that we are all aware the Anzac match is just around the corner.
"I'd be lying if I said we treat it as another game because it's not, all the boy's get a massive buzz for the game and I absolutely it," he said.
"The atmosphere is amazing, the crowd is packed and the feeling around the stadium is so unique, plus it's the Grand Final rematch so this year is going to be even bigger."
This weekend's match against the Bronco's kicks off at 7:30 at Bluetongue Stadium.
