The old record of 1,828 was set by full back Keith Mumby from 1973 to 1990 and 1993 with 84 tries and 779 goals in a club record 588 matches (Note: 66 of Mumby's tries were worth 3 points). Mumby had previously held the club career record of 779 goals that was broken by Deacon this season.
