"This is further evidence of our commitment to our philosophy to hold onto our best young local talent," CEO Matthew Gidley said.
"All three players are a product of our highly professional junior representative system who we hope with further development can achieve their dreams of representing our Club at the NRL level."
Roberts, 20-years old, has come through the Knights junior system and made his NRL debut in 2011. The half back has played in the Knights NYC the last three years and has played NRL and NSW Cup this season.
"Tyrone stood out in NYC last year and impressed the coaching staff over the pre-season," High Performance Unit Manager Keith Onslow said.
"He is growing in confidence on and off the field and has the composure on the field beyond his years or experience."
Sullivan has also come through the junior system at the Knights and is from Aberdeen in the Hunter. The 19-year old lock is playing his third year in the NYC competition.
"Tyler is a mentally tough player, he is a good passer of the ball, competent defender and a tremendous kicker of the ball, both in general play and for goal," Onslow added.
"His contract is a great reward for a good young kid coming through the grades here at the Knights."
Davis is a versatile player, who mostly plays at half back but can slot in at five-eighth and hooker. The 22-year old played his junior football in the area but spent some time at the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs before returning to the Knights to play NYC in 2010. In 2011 he played in the local competition but this season returned to the Knights to play NSW Cup.
"Adrian is a confident player on the field, he is not afraid to direct traffic and tell his teammates what to do," Onslow said.
"He has a good passing and kicking game and Adrian will make the most of his opportunity with the Knights."
