Source: www.crusadersrfl.comIestyn Harris had identified St Helens duo James Roby and James Graham as the players Crusaders need to shut down on Friday (KO 8PM).
Harris takes his men to the Stobart Stadium looking to secure back-to-back wins for the first time this season.
The two sides have met at the Racecourse Ground last month, where a poor start cost Crusaders victory in Wrexham.
Saints to James', Graham and Roby, ran riot for the away side during a rampant fist half display.
The two players have been in sensational form this year, and Harris had singled them out as the one's to watch at the Stobart Stadium.
"Last time against St Helens our attitude wasn't quite right," Harris said.
"The players understood that and they appreciated that. It is only around a month ago that we last played them and I'm confident that the players will apply themselves a lot better this time around. Hopefully their intensity will be a lot better and the squad will be a lot more focused. We need to stop their threats and also impose ourselves on the game.
"James Roby and James Graham are the two key players for them. They've been the constant in their side right the way through the year and they really get the team going forward. They're world-class players and they are the kind of people other players look to when the chips are down.
"Saints have had to deal with a lot of injuries this year but those two have been fantastic. A lot of the credit has to go to those two players because they've kept them ticking over and they're always consistent. Everybody else has slotted in and around them and they are the biggest threats in my opinion.
"They've got a fantastic squad. I've looked at the 19-man squad and the likes of Leon Pryce and Chis Flannery are missing. But Saints have still got real quality and they're getting players back from injury. We need to make sure that our performance is of a high quality."
Crusaders will head into the match re-energised after a weekend off and looking to build on their victory over Wakefield in their last outing.
The players were given a few days off last week before taking part in a team building exercise at Prestatyn beach.
And Harris believes the time off will ensure the side remain fully focused when they face St Helens.
Harris said: "The time off has been good. A couple of things can happen when you have a break - it can either recharge and revitalise you or it can catch you cold. We made sure that we gave the guys some time off last week but we've tried to refocus them as quickly as possible this week. To be fair they have trained really well and they are prepared to face a very good side on Friday.
"We need to make sure that we apply ourselves correctly. If we do that we know we've got a good chance against Saints.
"It would have been brilliant to be in the Challenge Cup but it has allowed us to begin planning for the back half of the year and prepare for what is going to be a tough game on Friday. It was good for us as backroom staff to have a little bit of time off as well but now we're fully focused on Saints.
"They've got five players back from injury and they've got some real threats in the halves. They are going to be a handful and we need to make sure that we are on our game."

JAMES Graham's signing with Canterbury makes this an opportune time to revisit an old hobbyhorse of mine: the desirability of an English team in the NRL.
A couple of seasons ago, I got wind of a couple of Leeds businessmen plotting to make a franchise submission to the boffins at Fox Studios. I made a few calls, however, and was unable to find out too much.
On the previous occasions this has been written about, one major drawback has popped up again and again: the devaluing of the Super League.
If you are new to this concept, you might think travel would be the number one obstacle. Not so. Travelling from the provincial New Zealand to provincial South Africa in Super Rugby takes approximately the same time and involves approximately the same time zone change.
St George Illawarra unwittingly gave the whole thing a trial run when they played Canterbury on a Friday, hopped on a plane the next day and then beat Wigan in the World Club Challenge the following Sunday evening.
As has been written before, the England team ("Lions RL?") would play away games in month-long blocks and teams visiting them in the other months would be scheduled to play the previous Friday and the following Monday to lessen the effects of the trek.
But I now believe the potential damage done to the status of Super League would be minimised by one thing: the NRL salary cap.
It would simply not be possible to field the entire England team at Lions RL. There would be four or five superstars surrounded by youngsters. This would be of enormous benefit to the development of those young players and of British rugby league as a whole. As is the case in France, many, many internationals would remain in the domestic competition.
Lions RL would just be one of 15 or whatever top level clubs playing in the UK and if carefully managed, would complement Super League rather than hurt it. One can imagine them playing the Warriors, for instance, at a soccer stadium in London or even hosting a home final at Elland Road - helping the sport push back into the national conscience of Britain while teams of comparable strength continue to play each other every weekend in Super League.
The other benefits are obvious: the honing of English players for international success and a massive television rights windfall for the NRL.
When I first wrote about this idea, it seemed like Disneyland stuff. But other sports have since gone and done it with soccer's various champions leagues and Super Rugby.
It just comes down to willingness. The RFL needs to swallow a little pride (not too much), the NRL needs to show some vision and we need to find a few rich dudes! Which of these three eventualities do you find hardest to imagine, eh?
----------
WARREN Ryan and Steve Roach have each forgotten more about rugby league than I have ever known.
They either don't think Jamie Soward is going to be picked by NSW or don't think he should be. A lot of people agree with them - maybe most people who have an opinion on the subject agree with them.
For what it's worth, I'd pick Soward. He has done enough to deserve a chance in my view. Maybe as a utility player off the bench, maybe as starting five-eighth.
But he's done all you could ask of him on the big stage until now and the selectors will never know if he can handle Origin if they don't give him an opportunity.
----------
OK, feedback time. David, it's you who misinterprets me. Plenty of players have, and will, chose a developing league country over an established one. That's fine.
But I am saying that if you force players to choose a country for life, most will chose an established one. It is only now that kids like Keiran Foran are choosing New Zealand. Willie Mason and Karmichael Hunt were born there but still chose Australia because it was a better team and a bigger achievement to make that team.
My argument is you are unnecessarily hurting those countries by cutting off their access to players who miss selection for Australia, New Zealand and England. Very few players will choose the Cook Islands or Tonga as their country of choice because those countries do not play often enough.
Joey, what is David Gallop's connection to the Roosters? I wasn't aware of one. And I think it was Luke Lewis pulling out of the deal with South Sydney, not the other way around.
Laurie, I understand your viewpoint but we are heading more and more towards the American model where if a local boy play for his club, it's just a co-incidence, and players are traded like horseflesh. At least we don't have a draft, I guess. Or maybe you would prefer that? Let me know.
