Bradford Bulls forward Elliott Whitehead faces a season-ending ban after being charged with biting by the Rugby Football League.
The charge relates to an incident which involved Whitehead and Hull KR's Jordan Cox during yesterday's clash at Odsal.
Biting is classed as a Grade E offence, and Harlequins' David Howell was recently served with a six-game suspension after being found guilty of it.
If the same fate befalls Whitehead, he would miss Bradford's last three matches of the season.
Three players have been charged following Hull FC's win over Catalan Dragons on Friday.
Dragons winger Damien Blanch and England hopeful Kirk Yeaman have been charged with Grade B offences following a late brawl, while Catalan hooker Ian Henderson has to answer the Grade A offence of a dangerous tackle.
Crusaders RL prop Gil Dudson has a Grade B dangerous contact accusation to defend following the win over Harlequins, while Castleford's Stuart Jones has a Grade A offence of dangerous contact to answer.
Catalan's Jean Phillipe Baille, Castleford Tigers' Ryan McGoldrick and Huddersfield Giants' David Faiumu have all been issued with formal cautions by the RFL following dangerous contacts.

Henderson came off the bench to dominate the ruck and midfield areas of the game, and it was the hosts who should have opened the scoring before the former Bradford Bulls hooker had even entered the field of play.
Damien Blanch tapped a Scott Dureau chip kick back to Jean-Philippe Baille, but the French centre could not keep a hold of the ball as he dove over the line.
From the next play, Clinton Schifcofske gave the visitors the lead from a penalty after a high tackle by David Ferriol.
The Catalans then took the lead in the 27th minute when a smart play that started with Henderson and involved Dureau, Setaimata Sa and Clint Greenshields before the full-back handed the ball onto Daryl Millard for the centre to score down the Catalan left hand side. Dureau added the conversion.
Seven minutes later the Dragons scored again as Henderson handed the ball on to Steve Menzies and the veteran second row put Jean-Philippe Baile over to touch down. Dureau again added the conversion.
The Crusaders rallied and on 52 minutes, Lloyd White went over unopposed after a knock on by Ferriol.
Schifcofske hit the post with his conversion attempt, but just three minutes later Sa crashed over to score from Dureau's short pass.
From the restart, Catalans raced the full length of the field for Blanch to score from over 40 metres out after Baile's pass put the winger clear down the right flank. Dureau again showed his kicking prowess by adding the touchline conversion.
It was not until 12 minutes from time that the Crusaders rallied again.
Jordan Tansey stepped and jinked his way to the Catalan try line and Schifcofske kicked the conversion.
Jarrod Sammut then chipped over the full-back and won the foot race to touch down under the posts. Schifcofske's conversion reduced the score to 24-18.
That was as close as the Wrexham based outfit got as first Dureau stepped up to nail a drop-goal to increase the Catalan lead to seven points and then Blanch added his second try of the night and 10th of the season to seal the win.
Dureau's conversion only rubbed salt in the Crusaders' wounds.
