Warrington's Brett Hodgson has achieved the rare double of being the leading point scorer in both the NRL and Super League regular seasons after finishing 10 points ahead of St Helens Jamie Foster.
Despite being injured and not goal kicking in recent weeks Hodgson scored enough points throughout the season to hold the lead. Hodgson was helped by St Helens deciding to rest Foster in the final round.
Hodgson was the NRL's leading point scorer in 2005 when he played a key role in the Wests Tigers premiership success. He has also become the first player in the history of the game to achieve 300 points in a season in the top flight competitions in both Australia and England.
The former NSW State of Origin representative finished the regular season with 308 points followed by Foster with 298 and Wigan's Pat Richards with 282.
Wigan's Sam Tomkins finished the season as leading try scorer with 26 just ahead of Leeds Ryan Hall with 25 and Hull KR's Kris Wellham with 24.
Hodgson eded out Leeds Kevin Sinfield as the leading goal kicker with 120 followed by Sinfield with 115 and Foster 109.
Scott Dureau from Catalans landed the most drop goals with five with Hull KR's Michael Dobson, Warrington's Lee Briers and Crusaders Michael Witt each landing three one-pointers.
The Super League Finals begins on Friday 16th September 2011 with a two-tier top eight system being used. In a system unique to any sport, the winning team from week one with the highest league placing at the end of the regular season will be allowed to select their Qualifying Semi-final opponents from the two lowest-ranked winners in week two.

The Wolves have been in red-hot form of late, sweeping all before them, and had nilled three sides in the month of May.
They did not manage that here, but another points haul of over 50 will please coach Tony Smith.
Centre Matt King got their first try before England prop Adrian Morley put the Wolves further ahead with a second score, with full-back Brett Hodgson converting successfully on each occasion.
Crusaders were struggling to get out of their own half and they would have been further behind had Rhys Williams, who spent time on loan with them earlier this season, not stepped in touch as he looked to score.
The Welsh outfit got into it then, though, with Elliot Kear going over.
Rhys Hanbury shelled the ball as he looked to touch down, but a second Crusaders try was not too far away as forward Hep Cahill spied a gap and stormed through it.
Michael Witt`s kick then caused panic and Jarrod Sammut pounced to score, with Clinton Schifcofske`s goal putting the league`s bottom side in front against the odds.
But Warrington hit back through Ben Westwood, the forward going in from close range, before Ryan Atkins raced the length of the field unopposed to score.
Chris Bridge then linked up with the impressive King and Paul Wood was on hand to finish off their good work, leaving Warrington comfortable 28-16 leaders at the turn.
Hodgson crossed the line himself and then went in for a quickfire second as any hopes Crusaders had of mounting a comeback were put to bed.
Hodgson then completed his hat-trick - he finished with 28 points on the night after also kicking eight goals - while Wood got his second and Richie Myler scored a deserved try as he made one last push to win a starting spot for England next week.
