The 26-year-old Welsh International previously played for his hometown club Widnes Vikings before making the move to Super League side Harlequins RL in 2005. Mills has been a successful addition to the London side and offers strength and passion to the forward pack. At a towering 6ft 5inches the prop is hard to tackle and will certainly be a danger man for 2008. He will add sheer brut-force to the side and is known for taking the ball up to the defence aggressively. Head Coach Justin Morgan commented: "I've played along side David and he's a great player, his work ethic is second to none and he plays the game hard. He will add strength and aggression to our pack which will make him a threat."Another exciting signing that Rovers can confirm is that of 18-year-old Luke Menzies. The Batley Bulldogs prop forward is a youngster that has captured Head Coach Justin Morgan's eye this season, and will be joining the team for the 2008 season on a one year deal. Head Coach Justin Morgan remarked: "Luke is a youngster with a huge amount of potential and has a burning desire to succeed within the game. He's passionate about his footy and will give the forwards a touch of youth.
