Tupou returns to the wing in place of Shontayne Hape who has been ruled out of the game at Jade Stadium due to injury.
Pritchard has been called back into the starting line up in the second row after a stunning performance for the New Zealand A side in Melbourne.
McClennan has moved veteran back Nigel Vagana to the centres and Jerome Ropati to stand-off while Nathan Fien will start at hooker.
Hull FC's Motu Tony comes on to the Kiwis interchange bench along with St Helens prop Jason Cayless.
Melbourne's Adam Blair has been named as 18th man.
The Kiwis team to play Great Britain at Jade Stadium in Christchurch on Saturday night is:
Brent Webb, Tame Tupou, Nigel Vagana, Iosia Soliola, Manu Vatuvei, Jerome Ropati, Stacey Jones, Ruben Wiki ©, Nathan Fien, Roy Asotasi, David Kidwell, Frank Pritchard, Simon Mannering. Interchange: Motu Tony, Nathan Cayless, Jason Cayless, David Fa'alogo. 18th man: Adam Blair.

New Zealand Test forward Frank Pritchard has re-signed with Penrith for a further four seasons ending speculation about his future where he was linked with switches to either the Sydney Roosters or to another "sport".
The Panthers offered Pritchard a four-year deal last month and it was thought that he would be Bondi bound after he didn't sign before the original deadline, which was set for Monday 22nd May. Pritchard, his management and the Penrith club have seen been back to the drawing board where a deal with settled on between all parties.
Prior to 22nd May, Panthers Chief Executive Mick Leary said,
"We have told his manager the offer will be withdrawn on Monday afternoon. This has been going on for three weeks to a month. We've had enough of going backwards and forwards. We won't be used to bump up his price."
"Reading between the lines, there is someone else (another club) out there. Frank has said he is ready to go on the open market. He will have to wait until June 30. We wouldn't give him permission to negotiate until then. This is a business."Pritchard at the time said,
"Two years ago I took a pay cut to help the club and I'm not going to play for peanuts any more. I'm going to be honest to myself and do the right thing, see what I'm worth on the open market."It's good news for Penrith that Pritchard has had his future sorted and now they must look to strengthening their backline, which will be weakened with the loss of Preston Campbell to the Gold Coast next year.
With Pritchard now staying put at the Panthers, it's expected that the Roosters will make a big play for off contract Bulldogs trio Roy Asotasi, Nate Myles and Reni Maitua and Dragons duo Justin Poore and Ashton Sims in the hope of signing two of them as they look outside to strengthen the club for next season after a disappointing 2005 season and a slow start to this year.
Pritchard will officially sign the deal later today.
