Source: www.league.quins.co.ukHarlequins Rugby League winger Will Sharp - who scored a hat trick in Sunday's victory over Catalans Dragons - says he cannot wait for the arrival of Melbourne Storm this weekend.
The NRL champions flew in from Australia earlier this week and will face Harlequins in the World City Challenge at the Twickenham Stoop this Sunday (2pm KO).
"Melbourne are a class team with some of the best rugby players in the world," said Sharp.
"It is great to be given the chance to play against people that you admire in that way and experience firsthand what puts them among the greatest players of our time.
"Last year's World City Challenge against the Manly Sea Eagles was fantastic; a really fast exciting game and a great atmosphere. I'm hoping for more of the same when Melbourne arrive."
Sharp faces Storm on the back of a spectacular hat trick against Catalans which powered Harlequins to their first victory of 2010.
Speaking about his acrobatic second try which saw him leap several feet into the air to take the ball and land it, Sharp said:
"I remember seeing Danny Orr get the ball and hoping that he'd send the kick in to my corner. He started running with it - as though he was attacking - which drew the opposition towards him. Then he kicked it high above the defence for me to leap into the air and ground as quickly as I could.
"I'd been staying behind after training a lot last week, practising that sort of catch and it paid off."
Tickets for Harlequins v Melbourne are available now for just £10 adults, £5 under 16's.

Source: www.superleague.co.ukWill Sharp helped himself to a stunning hat-trick as Harlequins RL hauled themselves off the foot of the Engage Super League table with a much-needed 16-4 win over 12-man Catalans Dragons.
Sharp grabbed all three Quins tries as the Londoners claimed their first victory of the season in a hard-fought contest that saw David Ferriol dismissed late on.
The opening minutes of this battle of the winless sides was uneventful ? both teams adopting a safety-first approach as they struggled to cope with a boggy pitch and driving rain.
The closest either side came to livening things up was when the Dragons played the ball through the hands to create some space, only for Olivier Elima to knock on.
A searing break from Ben Jones-Bishop close to his own line signalled the arrival of Harlequins as an attacking force, and they took the lead on 11 minutes.
Danny Orr delivered a neat inside pass to Ryan Esders who cantered into space, feeding the supporting Chad Randall who in return released winger Sharp for a clear run to the line.
The hosts were now on the front foot and only desperate defence kept them from extending their lead shortly afterwards, David Howell racing clear only for a host of Catalans bodies to prevent him from grounding.
The French side were creaking, and only excellent instincts from Clint Greenshields saved the day moments later as he reacted quickly to smother Jones-Bishop's grubber through.
And that rearguard action was to prove crucial as the Dragons hauled themselves level on 25 minutes.
Casey McGuire got the side moving, and when Elima broke through a handful of soft tackles Greenshields was there to scamper home.
The game remained nip and tuck with two very evenly-matched sides going at it hammer and tongs, providing a keenly-fought battle, if low on entertainment.
Quins regained the lead right on the hooter, Orr's towering kick spectacularly gathered and grounded by the leaping Sharp.
The hosts came out for the second half with a spring in their step, and it was Sharp who extended the lead, managing to ground the ball despite the attention of a host of tacklers after great work from Jones-Bishop and Howell.
Orr converted from the touchline and suddenly the mood was lifted at a gloomy Stoop.
