Head coach Iestyn Harris has made one change to the squad that beat Wakefield Trinity Wildcats 6-40.
Utility man Jordan Tansey has recovered from a ankle injury and takes the place of Ben Flower in the squad, who has yet to recover from a knock.
Jarrod Sammut is still ruled out with an ankle injury but Harris has no fresh injury worries ahead of Friday's game at the Racecourse.
Welsh international Andy Bracek narrowly missed out on making his debut against Quins and insists the squad are fully focussed on beating Quins after difficult fortnight.
"The players had a week off following the Wakefield game and everyone has come back really refreshed," he said.
"Everyone really rallied together following for the Wakefield game and we played some really good rugby at times. We were good value for the win and we need to carry that forward against Harlequins this week.
"It has obviously been a tough couple of weeks for everyone at the club. Some players have found clubs for next year whilst others haven't but that doesn't change how our attitude or how we approach the game.
"Certain players are playing for contracts and there is also pride at stake. No-one wants to finish bottom of the table and we can give ourselves a really good chance of improving our league position if we beat Harlequins this week.
"Harlequins is a massive game for us. It is a winnable game for us and we need to get ourselves off the bottom of the table. These last four games are huge and certain games are certainly within our grasp. We are defiantly targeting 4/4 - we are not just going to put our swords now down because of what has happened.
"Harlequins are in a bit of a rut themselves so they will be looking tog et back to winning ways. They've got some real attacking threats so defensively we need to be really sharp on Friday at the Racecourse.
"We've got a lot to play for - not just in terms of our league position, but in terms of pride and for the fans. They have been let down just as much as anyone and we feel the need to repay them because they have stuck with us through thick and thin. They were brilliant against Wakefield and I'm sure they will stick with us until the end."

Tansey and six other players were suspended by the club earlier this week after breaking the club's code of conduct.
"I would like to say on behalf of all of the players who have been suspended, how sorry we are for our behaviour," Tansey said.
"We realise that as professional sportsmen we are in a privileged position and we have a responsibility to set an example and act as role models. Sadly we fell way below those standards in our actions last week.
"We have let down our fellow players, management, and most of all the fans who support us so loyally every week.
"We realise that our behaviour was unacceptable and we fully accept the disciplinary action taken by the club.
"We have formally apologised to our team mates and all the coaching staff, and wanted to take this opportunity to do exactly the same to the Crusaders supporters.
"We will ensure that there is no repeat of this and we hope you will all come on down and support the team, just as we will be doing this weekend."
