Ground Details: Belmore Sports Ground is the traditional home of the Canterbury Bulldogs. The ground - which opened in 1920 - was used from the Bulldogs entry into the Sydney Premiership from 1935 until the end of the 1998 season. The Bulldogs moved to the vastness of the Sydney Olympic Stadium in 1999 and have never returned to their traditional ground since. The Stadium has a main under cover grandstand on the broadcast wing. At each end, there is under cover standing room and seats, and on the other wing, there is a large hill. The stadium has a total capacity of around 25,000 including 9,000 seats.
